so here’s a recap of what’s happened lately
Our washer and dryer arrived today. I have to say I’ve never felt so excited to wash my clothes before. Scout and I are finally back into the groove of things after our vacaction to Orlando two weeks ago. I have to say Orlando was amazing. I never imagined having fun at any of the Disney theme parks but MGM and Epcot were fucking spectacular! My favorite roller coaster is now Tower of Terror. I’m now working at The Gap Outlet and I have to say it’s not to bad. I stand around all day folding clothes and cleaning the fitting rooms. Next week we have finals at A.I. I’m not to excited about that, but SUMMER IS THREE WEEKS LONG AND ONLY TWO WEEKS AWAY!!!! I’m pretty excited. As far as what I’m doing now: Dead Space. It’s consuming my life. Scout and I made a special trip to Gamestop last week for Sims 3 (Scout’s vice) and so I could buy Dead Space. I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with this game! I’ve always been a sucker for Science Fiction/ Horror (John Carpenter’sThe Thing, H.P. Lovecraft’s works, Stephen King, etc, etc). This game is a beautiful mixture of these things I love. Creatures with random limbs and tentacles regenerating. Check. Deep background story involving alien artifacts and strange religions. Check. Great graphics and excellent death scenes. Check and Check. Enough about that.
